1. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the product and the shipping address.

The estimated delivery time varies depending on the shipping address and shipping method selected. It may take 7 – 21 business days or more for international shipments.

You will receive an estimated delivery date after your order is processed.

Some areas may experience delivery delays due to customs clearance, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete to avoid delays or delivery issues.

If there is any problem with the address or if the address is incomplete, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.

4. Check the Order Upon Delivery

Upon receipt of the order, please inspect the package for damage, errors or missing items.

If any problems are found, please contact us within 2 days of delivery for assistance.

5. Return Policy

If your product is damaged or incorrect due to shipping, we will assist in returning it if necessary. The cost of return shipping in such cases will be borne by us.
